Monday Member Spotlight: Gerber Technology
Gerber Technology holds a special place in the SPESA family. Former Board chairman, Sam Simpson, represented Gerber Technology on the SPESA Board for nearly two decades, and Vice President of product management and marketing for Automation Systems at Gerber Technology, Lenny Marano, was recently voted in as the newest SPESA Board member. Not as if they need more brownie points, but they also sponsored the alligator wrangler at the 2019 SPESA Executive Conference!
Gerber Technology has been around for half a century, providing companies with smarter and more efficient manufacturing solutions that improve speed-to-market. The company supports more than 78,000 customers from around the world in the aerospace, construction, furniture, fashion & apparel, transportation, technical textiles, packaging, wind energy and sign & graphics industries, including over 100 Fortune 500 companies in 134 countries.
They’re based in Connecticut, but recently opened the Gerber Technology Innovation Center in New York. If you’re visiting the city, we highly recommend you drop in to check out the latest in software and hardware solutions. They have a pretty great rooftop too.
