SPESA Speaks About Texprocess Americas
We asked a few past exhibitors why they plan to attend Texprocess Americas and why you should too. Here's what they had to say...
We are very excited to be in the preparation stage for Texprocess Americas! There is only one show in North and Central America that gives SPEC the opportunity to meet so many current and potential customers in one place! 12-14 May 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia - mark your calendars and join us! I am personally looking forward to the SPESA opening night event at the World of Coca Cola! For equipment suppliers to the sewn products and soft goods industries - this is by far, the most important event for us and it only occurs every other year… so we really look forward to it when the time comes. – Dan Berzack, Sewn Products Equipment Company/Ahearn Denning Machines Inc.
Texprocess Americas is most definitely the most cost effective way to meet with your customers and prospects. To see as many customers as my team sees at Texprocess Americas would involve dozens and dozens of flights and too many work days to count. Not only that, when you meet customers in your booth rather than in their offices you have their undivided attention. For me and my team, there is no better opportunity than Texprocess Americas to move your business ahead! – Lonny Schwartz, Superior Sewing Machine & Supply LLC
The manufacturing landscape is about to change… and change in a big way. For the United States and other developed markets, labor shortage is a massive issue. Finding people to work on production lines is hard and expensive. The manufacturing process is becoming more complex with huge amounts of digital customization occurring right on the production line. This has a massive impact on scale, cost, profitability, and the ability to meet demand when looked at through the lens of the traditional manufacturing process. The lot size for production is falling. Smaller jobs are becoming more the norm, and the notion of “lot size of 1” is something that can frighten all manufacturers. It has massive impacts on machine downtime, line changes and, ultimately, profitability. We at Henderson Sewing Machine must stay current to address these and other issues in today’s Digital World. Shouldn’t You? – Frank Henderson, Henderson Sewing Machine Co.
The next edition of Texprocess Americas will be held May 17-19, 2022, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta and once again be co-located with Techtextil North America making this the largest and best technical textiles, non-wovens, machinery, sewn products, and equipment trade show in the Americas.
This event was postponed from May 12-14, 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19.
